Summary:
HighRadius is seeking an Events Manager to support the Office of the CEO. In this role, you'll support, manage, and execute broad set of activities to deliver results with speed and accuracy. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to prioritize multiple competing requirements, adapt to different working styles, and anticipate challenges proactively. Your Day-to-Day:
- Event & Program Management:
- End-to-end ownership of All CEO events including dinners, milestone celebrations, team outings, and executive experiences such as Leadership Offsites, Presidentβs Club, and Board meetings
- Lead all planning, logistics, and communications with a focus on high-impact delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stakeholder and Calendar Management
- Ability to manage complex Google calendar meetings across multiple time zones (our CEO is always on the go, from CST to IST) and have excellent Stakeholder Management with prioritizing decision, challenge and info-update meetings with speed and accuracy. For example, our executives clock an average of 15 meetings per day, geared towards making decisions, addressing challenges, and communicating updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel and Expense Management
- Timely and accurately arrange travel for company executives, important visitors, and executive candidates, both domestic and international
- Need to be very technology savvy and able to problem solve on the fly: for example, if you have an executive that will be in four cities in a week and a flight is delayed, how can we problem solve as to not miss meetings?
- Budget Management
- Comfortable using Google Sheets for budgets and Expensify for submitting timely reports and keeping detailed records of expenses. You'll spend company money as if it were your own.
- Meeting Management
- Analyze all executive calendars and meeting details for analysis and reporting
- Attend executive meetings and record detailed βminutes of the meetingβ when necessary
- Ability to author the first draft of mass communication documents
What You Need to be Successful:
- Strong program & project management skills: you're an agile, creative problem-solver who can think on your feet.
- High EQ: you're a strong communicator, adept at managing-up and keeping your stakeholders on schedule
- Knowledgeable of GSuite Office tools like Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Forms. If not, you should be able to pick this up self-service with 60 days of employment.
