The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Operations Analyst in New York to join the Trading and Execution COO team. This person will be comfortable working both independently as well as liaising across multiple teams within the organization. A successful candidate will have a passion for deriving insights from large datasets, building relationships with our sell-side partners, and designing reporting suites to help manage the Firm’s top strategic relationships.
What you’ll do
As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will work alongside the Trading & Execution COO team to help manage and maintain the global commission wallet, sell-side resourcing and broker vote data, and broker onboarding data. This is a highly analytical role involving the preparation of both internal and external reporting used to manage the Firm’s strategic relationships with its sell-side partners. The role will also require a high level of professionalism and presentation skills, as you will be responsible for participating in and facilitating key internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders.

The annual base pay for this role is expected to be between $130,000 and $160,000 which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications and experience and level of education.
