Your Role:
Tenable is seeking a Technology Engineer to help implement, manage, and support a wide range of technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and patching infrastructure, assisting users with issues related to applications and systems we manage, and supporting various IT initiatives. You will work with hardware, software, cloud environments, and SaaS providers to ensure optimal functionality, security, and performance across our technology stack.
Your Opportunity:
Patch and manage various operating systems to maintain security and performance.
Gain hands-on experience managing cloud environments using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Assist in collecting and analyzing auditing data from our extensive technology stack.
Configure and implement SSO authentication for new SaaS applications.
Contribute to securing our SaaS applications and infrastructure against evolving threats.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with system and software patching.
A proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
Ideally:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and SSO configuration.
Exposure to security best practices for SaaS applications and cloud environments.
Scripting or automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
