The Renewals Specialist is responsible for effectively tracking and executing contract renewals, as well as handling customer-facing quotes. This person will work closely with our Account Managers, Accounts Receivables, Operations, and Customer Success Managers to ensure proper notification and invoicing through trigger-based outreach and to protect existing revenues by proactively gathering contract details and renewal information for existing customers. Our business is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects happening simultaneously. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others. This position involves a high level of client interaction via electronic outreach, responding to emails and chats in a timely manner, as well as participating in cross-functional meetings.
To be successful in this role you must enjoy working with clients, have a background in renewals, have a strong client focus, exhibit the right communication skills, and is able to consult effectively with different internal teams. This role requires you to work during US business hours, Monday through Friday.
