At ActiveCampaign we’re quickly becoming one of the leading WhatsApp-based CRM, Marketing and automation platforms. With our solution companies can effectively manage communication with their customers, be it as marketing campaigns, sales conversations or support requests.
To realize our goal of becoming the go-to solution for WhatsApp, we’re looking to help our customers use AI in their WhatsApp conversations to better achieve their goals, be it for sales, support or any other conversation goal.
We’re looking for someone who is a tinkerer and builder at heart: someone that sees new LLMs and model releases as an opportunity to build even more interesting applications. You’ll be the AI evangelist in our team, pushing us to craft an ever better experience for AI + Automation + WhatsApp.
You’ll have the opportunity to build, test and deploy AI at scale, and the challenge to do so while making it simple to use for non-technical users and keeping it on track so they can achieve their goals.
