About the Role:
Angi is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Learning Design & Knowledge to lead the design and development of engaging learning experiences and knowledge function for Customer Care. In this role, you'll manage a team of instructional designers, own the end-to-end curriculum design process, and, through our knowledge base, deliver powerful self-service tools for internal and external audiences.
