We are a team working on driving free-to-paid conversion through our ownership of pages such as
spotify.com/premium and equivalents on Android and iOS. Our surfaces are available to users globally and showcase the differences and benefits between using the free and paid versions of the products, as well as giving users the different options of plans. Beyond that, we cater to the market differences in terms of how we best explain the value proposition of the Spotify subscription, taking into account relevant policies, device differences and legal requirements that apply. Furthermore, we are working on making the experience more relevant to the user through different layers of personalization.
As the owner of central surfaces in the user-journey we often are involved in cross-team work, critical company goals and product launches. We are very fast-paced and have a culture of helping teams that we work with with what they need. As a team we have a good mix of investigation and implementation work and a lot of opportunities to lead initiatives of all sorts of sizes and complexity, as well as learning from other disciplines as a very diverse team
