Program Manager, Platforms and Devices Site Reliability Engineering

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with program management leading cross-functional and technical projects with distributed teams.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and prioritize, solve problems, work autonomously, and iterate.
• Excellent people management skills for leading and collaborating within a team environment, with knowledge of Google tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and communicate across a wide variety of functions and levels.

• Lead and execute on multiple cross-functional programs and initiatives across Platforms and Devices.
  
• Define, develop, and manage strategic planning (e.g., roadmaps) for programs spanning across multiple Platforms and Devices teams and products.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline process and programs improvements to affect organizational efficiency.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through communication to facilitate collaboration and partnerships.
• Enhance organizational efficiency and visibility by developing program management capabilities to elevate execution.
