Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Systems

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience managing projects.
• Experience in SDLC Management, Technical Program Management, Presentation Decks and Data Analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience delivering distributed systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, distributed systems, and scalable and reliable systems/cloud services.
• Experience managing development/customizations of one or more third-party solutions like SAP, JDA, Kinaxis etc.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

• Manage a large portfolio of supply chain software development programs, spanning supply planning, execution, and asset management, working across internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Scope, plan, and manage projects, including financial and human resources, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
