We’re looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to help us keep the good vibes flowing and our day-to-day business humming along. Whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time work, we need someone who’s quick on their feet, loves a challenge, and fits right in with our one-of-a-kind company culture.

This role is based in our Stillwater, Oklahoma headquarters, so you’ll need to be on-site. No remote or telecommuting options are available for this position.

Salary Range: $44,000 - $55,000 (depending on your experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Office Superstar:

  • Be the friendly face that greets visitors and keeps things running smoothly for our Stillwater office and global teams.
  • Tackle a variety of administrative and support tasks like a pro.

• Organization Ninja:

  • Keep the office organized, stocked, and looking sharp.
  • Make sure snacks, supplies, and everything in between are ready to go.

• Event Guru:

  • Help manage executive calendars so everyone stays on track.
  • Coordinate travel and help bring fun, well-planned events to life.

What You’ll Need to Be Amazing at This Role

Must-Haves:

• Communication Rockstar: Whether it’s in person, via email, or on paper, your communication game is top-tier. Bonus points if you know your way around Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
