Senior Associate, Supply Chain & Logistics, Foodservice & Retail

Factor’s Foodservice & Retail channel brings ready‑to‑heat meals to universities, gyms, hotels, and other non‑traditional outlets. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics (New Channels), you’ll turn location‑level forecasts into on time deliveries—balancing service, cost, and product quality. Your work keeps fridges stocked, partners happy, and COGS in check as the channel scales.

You will…

• Manage last‑mile logistics for foodservice partners – schedule outbound loads, confirm dock appointments, and coordinate with 3PLs and receiving teams on delivery windows and access rules.
• Delivery Monitoring across all channels - closely monitor weekly deliveries to hundreds of business customers and co-ordinate with HelloFresh logistics teams to ensure delivery SLAs are met;  flag risks early and lead root‑cause reviews.
• Fulfillment  Process Planning - co-ordinate with production teams in our DCs to ensure that products for Factor New Channels are being produced and packed according to schedule
• Document & improve processes – write SOPs, train partners on Factor requirements, and support new‑location launches with clear playbooks and checklists.
• New Supply Chain Initiatives - support the execution of new supply chain initiatives like new product launch, new partner onboarding, express delivery etc. 

You are…

• A problem‑solver who loves turning data into actionable plans
• Calm under pressure—able to resolve late trucks, short ships, or temp alarms on the fly
• A clear, cross‑functional communicator who translates ops realities for Sales and Partner Success teams
• Detail‑oriented and process‑minded, always looking to tighten SOPs and cut waste
• Comfortable working with carriers, 3PLs, and site managers to balance service and cost
• Curious and continuous‑improvement focused, eager to test and refine new workflows

You have…

• 2–4 years in supply‑chain, logistics, or inventory planning (food or CPG preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with WMS/TMS systems and basic demand‑planning tools (Excel/Sheets; Tableau;  SQL a plus)
• Familiarity with cold‑chain best practices and temperature‑monitoring tech
• A track record of hitting OTIF, fill‑rate, or freight‑cost targets in a fast‑moving environment
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable building pivot tables and variance analyses
• Willingness to travel ~10 % to partner sites, DCs, and carrier facilities
