As we continue to scale across the EMEA region, we are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Manager to support our teams in EMEA. This role is key in ensuring a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across the region.
This is a fully remote position based in France and will require travel in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.
