POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Renewals Specialist participates in a virtual account team-selling environment working closely with their assigned business unit’s sales team to drive existing renewal opportunities. In this capacity, the RS will assume the ownership role for their assigned renewal opportunities.

Experience: College graduates with business/marketing/information technology degrees is a plus. 1+ years of customer facing previous job roles is preferred. Fluency in English, Dutch and German is required, both written and verbal.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate College/technical degree required.
