In this newly established position, you will play a crucial role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape, ensuring that Compliance & Integrity risks are effectively managed to support our continued success. As a Compliance Officer, you will help grow the business in a prudent and compliant manner.

Responsibilities
- Laws and regulations: Advise the business on compliance with applicable regulations for new and existing trading activities
- General compliance: Engage in a variety of compliance activities, including identifying regulatory obligations, conducting risk assessments, provide trainings and developing & implementing internal policies
- Ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and ongoing enhancement of the internal control framework together with other functions, such as Risk Management and Legal Affairs
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience working in a regulatory compliance role in a regulated financial services firm
- Solid understanding of rules and regulations applying to financial markets activities
- Experience with control frameworks, risk assessments and common company policies
- In-depth knowledge of digital assets is preferred
- A curious mind and a problem solving and positive attitude
