The Challenge to Solve
Support our internal teams in Prishtina by keeping daily office operations organized, efficient, and well-supplied. From managing vendor relationships to handling administrative tasks, you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly so teams can stay focused, supported, and productive in their work.
The Role
Slice is in a high-growth phase in Prishtina, and we’re looking for an Office Manager to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and to support our expanding team.
This is a key role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow with us. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day office operations, managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, while being the primary point of contact for internal teams and external service providers. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and help shape an office experience that reflects our fast-moving culture and supports our long-term success in Kosovo.
