As the Senior Director, Revenue Marketing for NAM, you will lead our regional marketing team. You will oversee the GTM marketing strategy for NAM (US and Canada), serving as one of the business leaders in the region, reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, and closely partnering with senior leadership. You will align strategies and GTM motions with your peers in sales and customer success, and you will play a big part in HubSpot’s success by building strategies and marketing plans relevant to NAM - our largest global market.

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Create demand-generation programs by partnering closely with sales to develop an annual plan
  • Serve as one of the business leaders in the NAM region and build demand generation programs to drive new and install base pipeline
  • Partner with other regional leaders on programs that can scale globally
  • Own and execute end-to-end NAM demand generation programs with cross-functional sales, marketing, and ops leaders
  • Understand how all marketing channels work to be able to build integrated plans
  • Be an expert at leveraging marketing and sales data to inform decision-making and drive performance retrospectives
  • Lead a team of passionate marketers across the US and Canada
  • Manage and deploy program budgets to drive scale and ensure high-impact
  • Regularly communicate performance, successes, and learnings to Marketing and Sales leadership

 

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a track record of leading cross-country marketing teams and extensive experience building and executing a marketing strategy, supporting tactical plans that build demand, increase awareness, and exponentially grow revenue
  • Deep understanding of the US and Canadian markets and experience in adapting global go-to-market strategies across multiple segments and countries.
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer success leaders 
  • A history of delivering effective marketing strategies from ideation to execution and anchoring across the organization
  • Experience using data to inform growth strategies
  • Experience in multi-channel demand strategies, including content, campaigns, search, social, paid, and revenue marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional programs to achieve outsized results. 
  • The ability to juggle multiple company-wide goals and work with multiple teams at once
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, including second-line management, and a passion for fostering an inclusive culture. 




Cash compensation range: 231000-369000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
