ACE Capabilities Manager, AWS Partner Network

We are looking for a customer obsessed, analytical, and results-oriented Product Manager to join the ACE team. This role encompasses working backwards from our stakeholders to build scalable products that span across the program, from lead generation to sales opportunity lifecycle. This role is pivotal in optimizing the features and tools used by AWS Partners to drive successful customer engagements with AWS.

You candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and have a successful track record of driving cross-functional engagement and cross-business project and processes development. You will accomplish this by applying data driven decisions, leading continuous process improvements, driving system and process automation with key internal teams, and maintaining a deep knowledge of your customers. You must have proven experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others. The individual will operate at all levels, strategic & tactical and integrate effective and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision making.

Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders from Partner Org, Global AWS Sales and Sales Operations teams and other System and Application teams.
• Define and manage product roadmap.
• Capture, document, and communicate business requirements. Translate requirements into features and user stories. Ensure technical team understanding of requirements.
• Manage technical build against business requirements.
• Own project status updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Plan and conduct user testing.
• Develop and execute launch plan (communications, training, user resources, etc.)
• Measure and analyze the impact of existing and future program initiatives, and effectively communicate to key decision makers and leaders
• Prioritization of program requirements and building consensus with cross functional teams and leadership
• Drive change management and adoption of solution across AWS Partner, AWS Sales and AWS Partner Org
• Manage post-launch activities (user support, new feature development, etc.)
• Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of the platform.
• Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address.
• Generate new ideas to drive improvement, efficiency and automation enable AWS to scale and grow.

- 5+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
