Tide is rapidly growing, expanding into new products and markets and always looking for passionate and driven people. Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team that values creativity, feedback, and curiosity. We’re passionate about helping our members save time and money — and we want you to help us tell that story through the power of social media.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Senior Social Media Executive for France & Germany, you’ll help bring our brand to life across social media by supporting the delivery of engaging, creative, and results-driven content. Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you’ll help turn high-level strategies into day-to-day social activity that grows our community, drives engagement, and builds brand awareness.

You’ll assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok, ensuring posts go out on time, look great, and stay on-brand. You’ll work with designers and content creators to bring ideas to life, contribute your own creative input, and stay up to date with trends, formats, and best practices.

You’ll also support the tracking and reporting of social performance, helping the team understand what’s working and where we can improve. From community management to campaign execution, you’ll be hands-on with a variety of tasks and learn how to build and scale a high-performing social media presence.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Social Media Manager in delivering our strategy across key platforms.
  • Help plan, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Assist in building and optimising social campaigns, including always-on and reactive content.
  • Contribute to testing plans for content formats, messaging, and posting times.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to brief and deliver creative assets.
  • Monitor channels and engage with our community in line with brand tone.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Stay current with platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Support coordination with stakeholders across Marketing, PR & our Member support teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Passion for social media and growing online communities.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and platform best practices.
  • Creative eye for content and what drives engagement.
  • Familiar with social tools like Sprout, Later, or native platform tools.
  • Confident using performance data to guide content decisions.
  • Strong written skills and ability to adapt tone across audiences.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, curious, and keen to learn and experiment.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and a team player.
  • Working understanding of social and cultural trends in France and Germany.
  • Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or small business support is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN

  • 25 days paid annual leave
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
  • Extended maternity and paternity leave covered by the company
  • Personal L&D budget
  • Additional health & dental insurance
  • Mental wellbeing platform
