As CRM & Content Manager β Germany & UK, you'll strategically plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to deliver customer engagement, retention and reactivation. Your focus will be on delivering effective campaigns, monitoring performance, implementing personalization through automation, and staying ahead of industry trends. Our objective is to provide unique customer experiences through tailored engagement.
Ultimately, your role will contribute to building effective customer relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring the successful delivery of our CRM strategy in the locally regulated German & UK business.
The job holder will be tasked to implement strategies and projects that deliver revenue upside to these areas.
