As the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at 1Password, you will play a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our enablement programs. You will lead a team focused on developing, implementing, and managing data-driven programs designed to empower our teams, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources needed to excel. This role requires a strategic thinker with leadership skills, a deep understanding of enablement programming best practices, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Field experience or experience leading SDR and or BDR teams is strongly preferred.
This is a remote opportunity within the US or Canada.
