- You’ll monitor and update activity and lead information in Salesforce.
- Our sales tools include Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Talkdesk
Work Schedule
This role is open to candidates in CO, UT, and El Paso/Hudspeth Counties (TX); members of this team work Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm PT.
What you’ll gain

- Weekly team meetings to collaborate and share learnings
- Quarterly reviews of your professional development goals and metrics
- Quarterly Sales Kickoffs to hear from our leaders and peers
The first 6 months

- In months 2-4, you’ll start your responsibilities as an SDR, making calls, generating new opportunities, and responding to inbound leads
- By months 4-6, you’ll have a good understanding of our product and customers, be comfortable overcoming common objections, and consistently hit your daily metrics
Who’s a good fit
- You have a minimum 1 year of professional working experience, and if that includes experience in a business development or sales role, even better
- You’re driven - Self motivated to hit daily targets and hungry for growth
- You’re adaptable - Excited by change & development
- You’re collaborative - Team first mindset
- You have exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- You’re highly organized with strong attention to detail
Who’s not a fit
- If you’re looking to pass the time, we suggest avoiding this role. We pride ourselves on promoting internally and prepping our SDRs for their next step as an Account Executive, so we’re looking for people interested in a sales career.
- If you’re uncomfortable making phone calls or talking on the phone, or if you’re uncomfortable with change, this might not be a good fit.
