Job Description

Hybrid

Kaluza reimagines energy to bring net-zero within everyone’s reach. The Kaluza Platform enables energy utilities to unlock the full value of a radically changing energy system and propel us to a future where renewable energy is sustainable, affordable and accessible for all.

From automating and simplifying core operations including billing to create a lower-cost, higher-engagement experience, to optimising energy usage across smart devices in the home, we turn tough challenges into win-win-win outcomes for customers, suppliers and the energy system.

We champion a flexible, hybrid work approach and we find that teams often benefit from coming together in the office at least once a week to foster connection and accelerate progress.

Outside of these collaborative opportunities, we aim to be as flexible as possible to balance work with life. As a company we come together annually for our conference and end of year celebrations!

What will I be doing?

As VP of Product Delivery, you will be a senior executive leader accountable for driving operational excellence, portfolio maturity, and delivery outcomes across Kaluza’s global Product & Technology organisation. Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will be the voice of Product & Tech delivery to our key clients Globally.

Your mission: to build a best-in-class delivery function that enables scale, transparency, velocity, and resilience in how we bring Kaluza’s platform to market.

You will;

  • Own the strategy, governance, and continual improvement of our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), in partnership with Kaluza’s VPs of Product & Engineering.
  • Establish and embed standardised, effective delivery processes and rituals that align teams to outcomes and improve predictability across squads and portfolios.
  • Lead a high-performing global Delivery & Portfolio team, fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives and transformation programmes, ensuring that delivery practices evolve in line with organisational maturity.
  • Serve as a senior stakeholder in financial, resourcing, and headcount planning, ensuring delivery capacity is aligned to strategic priorities and business goals.
  • Be a trusted voice in operational governance forums including the Operational Risk Committee, representing delivery health, capacity risk, and delivery-related controls.
  • Champion internal transparency by improving visibility into delivery milestones, blockers, interdependencies, and KPIs at squad, stream, and executive levels.
  • Elevate delivery impact for clients, ensuring our commitments are consistently met and that we can scale delivery practices to meet partner expectations and platform complexity.
  • Lead communication of delivery strategy across the business, building cross-functional buy-in and fostering an outcome-led mindset.
  • Conduct internal audits and retrospectives to identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, risks, and misalignments.

About You

Ideally you’ll have;

  • A track record of executive-level delivery leadership within a complex, high-growth SaaS, EnergyTech, or digital product environment.
  • Experience designing and scaling portfolio delivery and operating models across globally distributed Product & Tech teams.
  • Deep expertise in delivery governance, agile-at-scale frameworks, change management, and organisational transformation.
  • A strategic mindset, coupled with the willingness to get into the detail where needed to unblock teams or navigate ambiguity.
  • Evidence of building and leading diverse, high-performing teams with a culture of growth, psychological safety, and delivery excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage C-level clients, board members, and technical teams alike.
  • Experience influencing enterprise clients and partners, ideally across the Energy & Utilities space
