Job Overview:

You will work with the EMEA Regional Marketing Lead and Regional Sales Directors to drive business growth for Coursera by building brand awareness and generating marketing leads via multiple marketing channels specific to the FR / Southern Europe region.

You have strong organisational and project management skills, a data-driven approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to confidently design and execute in-person and online events and digital campaigns.  You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who values flexibility and the opportunity to make an impact. 

Responsibilities:

  • Field Marketing Event Strategy: Take ownership in planning and execution for Enterprise events within the region focusing on developing our activation of the Coursera for Business/Campus & Govt functions focused on enterprise clients, universities & Govt departments in FR, and Southern Europe.  Work with internal stakeholders (sales, CS, SDR, Campaign Manager) to ensure great execution pre and post events. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that development, review, and execution of events deliver the desired impact vs business goals (SAL’s, Pipeline $ value).
  • Regional Integrated Marketing plan: Develop and execute the regional marketing plan aligned to the broader marketing strategy in the region to ensure events are contributing to the broader business goals working with the EMEA Campaign Manager and Global Marketing team to deliver this plan. 
  • Email and Landing Page Development: Work with the regional Campaigns Manager to execute B2B email and lead acquisition campaigns.
  • SDR engagement:  Work with the EMEA Sales Development Rep team across the Southern Region to enhance marketing support and identification of best practice opportunities ensuring lead flow is developed across all key markets. 
  • Budget Management:  Manage the field marketing budget for the Southern Europe sub- region, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximising impact and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing or field campaign management, ideally within the tech, education, or SaaS industries.
  • Regional Expertise: In-depth understanding of the EMEA market, with experience running region-specific marketing campaigns across multiple countries.  Focus markets are FR and Southern Europe
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French (essential). Additional EMEA language proficiency is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving business outcomes through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Language: Business fluency in French and English
