Overview

As the Content & Social Media Specialist, you play a critical role in executing our content and social media strategies to amplify our brand, engage our B2B audience, and support lead generation efforts. Reporting to the Director of Content and Communications, you collaborate with the Content Manager and the broader marketing team to create impactful content and support social media efforts that drive measurable results. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing content plans that align with brand awareness and lead generation objectives. 
  • Create and publish high-quality, high-volume marketing content, including blog posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and product marketing assets.  
  • Edit and refine content from other contributors to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and consistency in tone and messaging.  
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, to adapt technical content into engaging, customer-focused assets (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, and sales collateral).  
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations for social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).  
  • Create and schedule social media posts, monitor interactions, and respond to comments professionally and promptly.  
  • Track performance metrics for social media efforts and provide reports to guide improvements.  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content supports larger campaigns, including webinars, paid media, and email nurtures.  
  • Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure assets align with campaign goals.  
  • Track and analyze content and social media performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.  
  • Conduct A/B tests for content and optimize publishing schedules for improved engagement and results.  
  • Build and foster meaningful interactions with audiences on social platforms to enhance engagement and community building. 

 

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating high-volume on-brand marketing content across various formats (e.g., blogs, email campaigns, sales collateral).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Experience working with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) or social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field: an MBA is a plus. 
  • Experience in an agency setting or SaaS industries with exposure to high-velocity and enterprise go-to-market motions
  • Experience with PR, influencer and creator campaign management 

 

Travel Required 

Up to 10%
