The Operations Academy at Adyen is dedicated to supporting the professional and personal growth of our Operations workforce. We design and execute strategic growth enablement programs, aligning with the company’s vision to empower individuals, teams, and leaders through a blend of soft skills and applied hard skills training.
As an Operations Academy Team Lead, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs aimed at onboarding and elevating talent effectively. You will oversee program performance metrics, leverage data-driven insights, and ensure a seamless learning experience for our Global Support function. In this leadership role, you will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to enhance learning strategies and scalability across our global operations.
