Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of Strategic Stakeholder Engagement to join our Strategic Stakeholder Engagement team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of conceiving, developing, and delivering successful stakeholder engagement initiatives, either client-side or at a healthcare agency.  This person will be responsible for managing the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy for their clients and will work closely with the client to ensure they develop mutually beneficial partnerships and bring organizational excellence and recognition to their company and their team.

A passion for healthcare, the stakeholder ecosystem and innovative solutions in stakeholder engagement are a must. Driven by an understanding of how pharma engages with Key External Stakeholders in strategically identifying the right expert for the right engagement.

This role serves as the strategic driver between clients and internal teams to execute stakeholder strategies and initiatives. This role is responsible for helping to conceive and implement stakeholder strategies that will contribute to achieving client business objectives. This individual will be responsible for the overall success and growth of the account, with attention to detail and flawless execution.

This is a leadership role in the organization with room to expand your professional skill set and scope of responsibility.  The successful candidate will need to combine health experience with business acumen and an ability to work across disciplinary boundaries.  In addition, this person must be able to learn quickly while educating a wide variety of disciplines throughout the organization.
