We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with cross-functional technical teams, product teams and operations teams, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and be Curious, Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon and technical teams. Key job responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert for your assigned program
- Define value proposition, entitlement, and limitations- to cross-functional teams
- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomes
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Deep dive and instrument data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps and not afraid to get their hands dirty and deliver short term scrappy solutions
- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

About the team
The Publishing and Quality Program team within Prime Video Global Operations is responsible for delivering On-Time and In-Quality content experiences for customers. We work with Product, Tech, Business, and our operations teams across India, Spain, Costa Rica, and Japan to build scaled solutions and processes to directly improve the customer experience with Prime Video.- 6+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results
- Clear verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience- 8+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences
- Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, or similar database
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
- Master’s degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
