The Business Prime team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own growth initiatives for the program worldwide. Business Prime serves over 1M B2B customers and continues to grow rapidly. This role is responsible for driving onboarding and engagement of Business Prime members worldwide. This role offers candidates with a strong background in business or product management an opportunity to leverage that deep knowledge to drive impact for the program worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
- Member Onboarding: Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure new members quickly realize the value of the program. Partner with product, UX, and marketing teams to tailor onboarding paths to different customer profiles and drive early engagement.
- Benefit Adoption: Own strategies that increase awareness and activation of Business Prime benefits. Analyze customer usage patterns, build scalable campaigns, and launch targeted initiatives to drive sustained adoption across key benefits.
- Member Engagement and Spend Growth: Drive long-term member value by increasing engagement frequency and depth. Identify key behaviors that correlate with higher retention and spend, and develop mechanisms to reinforce them through personalized experiences, nudges, and cross-channel campaigns.
- Engineering Requirements: Create clear engineering-ready documents, in partnership with User Experience Design, to build new user experiences. Ensure the product discovery experience is optimized for each customer’s eligibility and needs.
A day in the life
In this role, you’ll start by digging into customer data to uncover behaviors, pain points, and opportunities to grow member engagement. You’ll write strategy docs and business updates, and work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, analytics, and other business teams to launch impactful initiatives. Whether it’s prioritizing product improvements, running campaigns, or aligning with partners on a unified member story, your day balances strategy with execution. You’ll stay close to the customer while shaping long-term plans that grow the value and impact of Business Prime.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
