About the Role:
Provide critical support in data entry and contract analysis by ensuring that all contracts are (i) meticulously reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to being routed for approval and signature; (ii) accurately entered and tracked within the contract management and CRM systems; and (iii) assist in the validation, reporting, and ongoing analysis of contractual data within existing agreements to ensure alignment with organizational/legal department standards.
