POSITION SUMMARY:
Natera is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join our Executive Services Organization. The individual in this role will provide best in class administrative support to executives and teams in our Organ Health business unit. The ideal candidate is eager to make an impact across multiple teams, is an organizational ninja, and a flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to collaborate across the organization and the ability to forge productive working relationships even in a partially remote work environment are musts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calendar management. Coordinate meetings with both internal and external teams
Expense processing for multiple individuals
Travel planning and scheduling for multiple individuals
Invoice approvals, purchase order processing, and payment tracking
Collaborate with other service organizations on company-wide initiatives
Assist with general office projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Strong command of Google Suite and ability to master other applications quickly
Ability to work as part of a large team and smaller task teams, juggling competing priorities
Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening
Excellent demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated efficiency, speed, and accuracy
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize
Tolerance for changing work priorities and deadlines and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
