Taboola is looking for a data-driven event marketing professional to join our Marketing Team in Tel Aviv as a Field Marketing Manager, Growth. This full-time role is part of the Geo Marketing Organization and works closely with our Growth Marketing Team to drive measurable business impact through strategic events.
In this role, you will play a key part in executing our global growth events strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-impact events that generate new business opportunities. You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to optimize event performance, measure success, and continuously improve marketing outcomes.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop the global marketing event strategy & plan for our Growth (SMB) Marketing division on a quarterly basis, to drive business growth and maximize both immediate and long-term ROI
- Build and manage the marketing budget for international growth events, finding resourceful ways to optimize impact on a budget
- Own sponsored and hosted events, from coordinating operations with different stakeholders, and managing our presence to creating impactful content to drive new business
- Translate activities into meaningful data and reports using various platforms and tools, like Salesforce and QlikSense
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and automate event marketing processes, leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency and impact—while sharing best practices with the broader team
- Work alongside our in-house performance marketing team to drive influencer marketing efforts
- Collaborate effectively together with multiple stakeholders from Sales, Account Management and Marketing to understand business goals and execute on marketing objectives in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences via different channels
What are the skills a good Field Marketing Manager needs to have?
- Language Skills: Native or fluent English speaker; Hebrew is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B event marketing, with a strong track record of planning and executing impactful events.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of both offline and online marketing channels, with a data-driven approach to event strategy.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to measure and optimize event performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: A creative self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, eager to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration & Adaptability: A team player who thrives in a dynamic, startup-like environment while working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
