As the Marketing Operations Lead you’ll be responsible for managing and leading our marketing operation team in a 12-month fixed term maternity cover position. Your role will involve the delivery of marketing activities, typically campaigns from triggered through to lifecycle, within the platforms AKQA partners with including Adobe, Salesforce and Braze.
As team lead, you will foster a positive, inspiring and motivating team environment. You will grow, manage and mentor a team and guide their professional growth. You will be responsible for the campaign delivery, estimating and resource allocation of all your team's engagements.
