As part of the Production team and in direct report with a Senior Producer, you will be involved in the daily coordination and execution of operations and logistics. We're looking for someone driven, energetic, curious, enthusiastic, proactive, and deeply passionate about image making in the creative industry: film, photography, design, visual identity, CGI, AI, Animation etc.
Based in our beautiful Paris studio, France, and as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic, meritocratic culture — surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Support pre-production phase:
- By fleshing out a project’s planning to monitor deadlines
- Build briefing document and participate in briefing the different partners
- Booking and coordinating internal resources
- Organising key meetings and tracking key milestones
- Taking care of the administrative workflow (contracts, estimates, SOW, PO, etc.)
- Support production phase:
- Assist with travel coordination and logistics for shoots
- Contribute to the preparation and organization of shooting documents
- Support the development of CGI assets, both in-house and in collaboration with external studios
- Keep follow-up tools up to date to monitor the financial tracking of a project
- Provide general production support across various tasks as needed
- Support post-production phase:
- Organizing key meetings and keeping notes of the topics
- Keep clear filing of documents & track project history in share folders
- Monitoring creative reviews with creative teams and partners
- Ensure that what’s being delivered meets the initial brief and the quality standard of AKQA
- Use AKQA Project Management Tools to effectively initiate a project in the system, track and monitor a project’s financial status
- Escalate status and potential issues of the projects to your manager
- Archive the final deliverables following the AKQA process, closing the projects
- Oversee the regulation and follow-up of the buyouts
- Start to develop knowledge of various talents and production companies on the market
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous in your approach
- You are a student and you are able to work with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity.
- A first experience in production and/or project management is a plus.
- With a passion for image and great craft, you like to take the lead on a project, and have good attention to details
- You are familiar with content creation workflows across film, photography, and social media within agency or production settings
- You can handle client facing communication
- You have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Dedicated to upholding high standards of excellence and integrity
EU working rights are required, either through EU citizenship or a visa. In both cases, a Convention de Stage or equivalent is mandatory.
This is a full-time, 5-day-a-week internship lasting six months, ideally starting in September 2025.
