Job Description

The Role

Spire Global is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager (Part-Time) to oversee operations at our Munich office. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a well-organized, safe, and positive workplace.

As the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, you will play a key role in maintaining daily operations, liaising with suppliers, and representing Spire with professionalism. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things office-related.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Munich office, including front desk responsibilities.
  • Act as the main liaison with property management, handling building security, cleaning, maintenance, and emergency preparedness.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) regulations for the office.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to maintain office equipment and resolve technical needs.
  • Oversee office-related procurement, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Administer various company programs as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with and managing external suppliers/vendors.
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)

Preferred Skills:

  • Inventory management and international shipping experience.
  • Experience in office fit-out projects and workplace improvements.
