Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with analytical and operational experience to scale and manage our international compensation programs as well as supporting our regional business partners. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of strategic compensation programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent while aligning with compensation philosophy. You will be influential in the implementation of compensation programs, communications and training, and compensation tools. This full-time position that will require time flexibility to interact with our global teams.
