The role

We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented Global Partnerships Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be a key player in supporting the Global Business Development Lead and local markets, driving operational efficiencies, accelerating global partnership deals, and co-creating processes that fuel business growth. As the driving force behind operational execution, you’ll collaborate closely with both global and local teams, as well as external partners, to ensure successful partnerships come to life seamlessly.

What you’ll do

  • Be the operational linchpin for managing campaign execution across multiple global markets, ensuring flawless execution and seamless partner interactions.
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for all operational matters across markets, maintaining consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior business development teams to develop media plans that support global partnership deals, ensuring they’re strategically aligned and impactful.
  • Work hand-in-hand with local teams to ensure the availability of consumer offerings, promotional opportunities, ad placements, and other partner-facing assets.
  • Collaborate with external partners to share marketing materials (creative assets, landing pages, custom marketing collateral) and ensure smooth, timely campaign launches.
  • Work closely with the Growth Partnerships Operations (Ops) team to manage technical integrations, swiftly addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Build compelling business cases to support senior leaders in their decision-making process.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign calendars, ensuring full visibility and alignment across teams to ensure everything runs smoothly

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Whether it's leading a project to completion or aligning internal and external stakeholders, you know how to get everyone on the same page and deliver success.
  • A creative problem-solver: You bring fresh ideas to the table and act as a strategic partner to both the global Paid Marketing team and local marketing teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making: You thrive on numbers and use data to guide your strategies and make informed decisions, such as (basic) business cases as well as campaign analysis
  • Adaptability: You embrace challenges and stay calm under pressure, excelling in fast-paced and ever-evolving environments.
  • A proactive, ambitious doer: You take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and make things happen with a sense of urgency and passion.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills: You juggle multiple projects with ease and know how to stay focused on what matters most.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools): You’re comfortable creating reports, analyzing data, and tracking performance with tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of partnership principles: While not essential, familiarity with partnership strategies will set you apart.
  • Experience in a similar role: Previous experience in partnerships, business development, or internships within these areas will give you a strong advantage.
  • Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, setting you up for success
