The Opportunity That Awaits You:   We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Product Management to lead and execute our product strategy, driving the development of our current and future product portfolio, including enhancements to the recently launched HYDROS Robotic System. This role is critical to our continued success and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of PROCEPT and transform men’s health. The Director, Product Management will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the product roadmap for our total product portfolio, encompassing capital equipment and disposable products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, as well as building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product management teams.
