Who You Are:

As our business and platform continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Strategy and Activation Manager for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), to support the day-to-day operations of our EMEA commercial leaders across Business Development Advertiser and Client Services, as well as provide executive management support. The Business Strategy and Activation department is pivotal in driving commercial priorities, scaling processes through continuous improvement and innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Regional Business Strategy and Activations team, responsible for managing the operational and administrative tasks of the EMEA commercial leadership team. These tasks are essential for aligning and integrating regional workstreams to achieve commercial goals, fostering collaboration across teams with nuanced objectives, driving a shared strategic vision, and ensuring the effective execution of key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with senior leaders. Your ability to navigate a diverse and complex region and continuously refine operational strategies will be crucial.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to manage the day-to-day operations of our regional sales and CS leaders. Your expertise in managing executive communications, preparing for high-stakes meetings, and delivering actionable insights will be essential in helping leadership navigate complex challenges and achieve key business objectives.

 What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the commercial leaders in the region, driving alignment and operational excellence across all regions.
  • Work with FP&A to provide ad-hoc analysis, insights and support.
  • Prepare clear and compelling narratives for executive presentations.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional all-hands, offsites and executive events (e.g. Cannes) in collaboration with the Regional Executive Assistants, to promote engagement, clarity, and alignment across the organisation.
  • Manage executive touchpoints, preparing leadership for critical meetings, coordinating agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to ensure productive outcomes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy for forecasting and pipeline management, supporting global data hygiene initiatives and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
  • Work with the rest of the Business Activation and Operations team to maintain regional leadership knowledge management systems and documentation (e.g. EMEA Confluence Page, Executive Summary), visibility into key performance indicators and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to streamline operations, reduce administrative overhead, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and implement localized best practices that align with global initiatives, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted across markets.
  • Manage multiple interconnected initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet strategic objectives.

 What You Bring:

  • Over 8 years of experience in a commercial, sales strategy, client services strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff role, with expertise in programmatic or advertising functions being a plus.
  • Strong technical and operational acumen with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence, with the ability to execute key operational activities efficiently while ensuring alignment with both regional and global goals and priorities.
  • Passion for understanding and adapting to local cultures and work practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership through strategic insights and results-driven actions.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with VP-level and executive leaders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
