YOUR ROLE:

We’re looking for a talented and innovative Pega Decisioning Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing decisioning solutions that drive personalized experiences and optimize customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega decisioning, with 2-3 years of experience, and a passion for leveraging data to create impactful business outcomes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement decision strategies using Pega Decisioning Hub to enhance customer interactions and drive business goals.
  • Analyze and interpret product requirements and use cases to develop comprehensive decisioning strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Create and implement cross-channel decisioning strategies that ensure consistent and personalized customer experiences across various touchpoints, including web, mobile, email, and social media.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective decisioning solutions.
  • Utilize Pega’s AI and machine learning capabilities to personalize customer experiences and improve engagement metrics.
  • Leverage NBA Designer to design and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies.
  • Utilize strategy optimization enhancement tools to continuously refine and improve decision strategies.
  • Develop and execute decisioning planning to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Continuously monitor decisioning strategies and performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for decisioning solutions and provide training to business users and team members.
  • Ensured adherence to industry regulatory guidelines and internal development standards.
  • Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors related to their applications
  • Follow all department standards and methodologies
  • Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Pega decisioning and related technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC), required
  • 2+ years cross-channel marketing campaign development experience
  • Proficiency in Pega Decisioning Hub, Pega Customer Decision Hub, and related Pega tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated, a natural problem-solver, and a good communicator with a demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience owning projects as Decisioning Architect
  • Experience leading and coaching team members. Providing guidance, peer reviews, and escalation of issues.
  • Strong ability to be proactive in bringing new technology solutions and ideas to optimize ways of working

DESIRABLE (but not required):

  • T3 Security Clearance
  • Pega Data Scientist Certification, Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or higher Certification

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
