About the team + role

As a member of Robinhood's Marketing Technology team, you'll play a key role in helping us build and support a world class Marketing Technology stack and team. 

Our mission is to enhance, build and transform systems for the global Marketing organization. With product and engineering. We are building a best-in-class, privacy-first martech stack from the ground up.

Performance marketers, lifecycle marketers and the global Marketing organization will be your customers. You’ll work to understand what they need to drive KPIs across Acquisition, Activation, Engagement and Retention. You’ll meet those needs by building or extending martech capabilities with the help of product, engineering, data engineering and data science teams.

As a Platform Manager, you will own the work done within our tools. This role will specifically own the administration, operation and expansion of our composable CDP. You will work with stakeholders to transform asks/opportunities into a solution within our CDP ecosystem.

What you’ll do

  • Become the resident expert on reverse ETL and composable CDPs. Create the standard for how marketing data is moved from one tool to another 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to add data needed to enable new use cases and integrations
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, data schema, integration inventory, and standard operating procedures
  • Be responsible for uptime and reliability of our reverse ETL at Robinhood. Investigate, report and fix platform errors and issues. 
  • Write scripts and work on custom integrations with the help of data engineering and 3rd party solutions teams.  

What you bring

  • 5+ years of professional work experience in marketing technology, growth marketing, data engineering or web/mobile app development 
  • Experience with analysis and data tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • Computer science degree or proven experience coding for a personal or side project 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
