We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Marketing associates to be a part of growing our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best in class site merchandising strategies. This role is based in Bangalore.
As part of this role you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. You will execute and schedule content on gateway, category pages, and pages across the site, emails and optimize content based. You will also report on performance data to the larger team. You will be involved in coordinating with the category managers, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business. You will also work on multiple projects across Category Programs.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage AB homepage campaigns - planning, execution and reporting
- Coordinate with multiple teams to develop relevant, thorough creative content for the site and other channels
- Running and analyzing proof of performance reports
- Learning and scaling up on merchandising tools and widgets
- Assist in developing merchandising for large scale promotions/ events, and work closely with category managers and merchandising team to schedule promotions1. Prior experience in sire merchandising, managing content on marketing channels
2. Bachelors degree - Experience in managing marketing channels and merchandising for B2B/ E-comm sectors
