The newly formed Salesforce team will be instrumental in maturing our Salesforce environment and expanding its adoption throughout the firm. By leading key strategic initiatives and deploying advanced solutions, this team will maintain Salesforce as a central element of our continuous success and growth.
As the Salesforce Platform Lead, you will shape the overall strategy, vision, and direction of our Salesforce environment based on evolving business needs. Your role will involve both developing and managing our Salesforce implementation, optimizing its capabilities, and collaborating with external consultants. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting executives as they adopt and utilize Salesforce. This position requires a balance of deep technical development expertise and strong leadership skills, as you will be leading and influencing the direction of a newly established in-house team from the ground up. The annual base salary range for this position is $185,000 USD to $280,000 USD, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
