Job Description

Overview: 

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with travel coordination and office supply inventory management as needed.

What You Have: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience with office management or administrative support is a plus.

What We Offer: 

The annual base salary range for this position is 50,000 to 55,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.

Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
