As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have access to the tools and systems they need to work efficiently. What You Will Be Doing
In Your First 30 Days:
- Learn about Sisenseβs IT systems, tools, and workflows.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including access setup and hardware provisioning.
- Support employees with IT issues through walk-ups, email, and chat.
- Resolve IT tickets using the Global IT Ticketing System (Freshservice).
- Assist in managing Mac and Windows devices using MDM tool.
- Work with Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions.
- Provide onsite IT support for employees, meeting rooms, and company events.
- Ensure IT functionality and support for the Tel Aviv office, including networking, hardware, and conference room systems.
By Day 60:
- Identify and implement improvements to internal IT processes and suggest automation ideas.
- Assist with equipment purchases, asset management, and coordinating repairs with vendors.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation for hardware and software resources.
- Support remote employees by troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office-wide IT infrastructure in Tel Aviv.
By Day 90:
- Provide IT support for executives and senior leadership as needed.
- Assist in implementing IT security best practices such as SSO, multi-factor authentication, and compliance measures.
- Document IT procedures and contribute to improving response times and resolution efficiency.
- Take full ownership of IT operations in the Tel Aviv office, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Strong familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as mobile platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking, Active Directory, IT security principles, and cloud-based tools.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems, hardware setup, and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and to be a team player, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Must be comfortable providing in-person IT support and managing IT responsibilities for the Tel Aviv office.
- Should be familiar with providing services using tools like SSO, VPN, MDM, Productivity tools like Slack, G-Suite, Atlasian, Office 365 etc.

- Full-time role with standard working hours.
- Hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required for IT operations in Tel Aviv, at least twice a week is a must.
