Program Manager III, Supply Chain Optimization, Technical Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain optimization (e.g., process improvement, tool development, operations research, or cost reduction).

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Management, UAT Execution, Change Management, Leadership, Communication, Technical Acumen Experience.
• Experience delivering process definition, enabling systems, and compute/network/data center infrastructure in an agile environment.
• Experience engaging a wide variety of subject matter experts and functional leads to solve issues.

The mission of the Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) PMO team is to enable CSCO and Technical Infrastructure (TI) partners to accomplish their goals by providing leadership and program execution excellence that accelerate delivery of business transformation. As a Program Manager for Supply Chain Optimization, you will lead cross-organizational programs, bringing together software, process, and operations teams to deploy new solutions and scale operations in support of Google's growth. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across CSCO on strategic priorities and drive program execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validations and change management activities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Provide program management leadership across cross-functional teams through the project life-cycle.
• Collaborate with program teams to establish clear program governance, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and execution plans.
• Identify opportunities for supply chain operational improvements and promote project management best practices.
• Lead change management and user acceptance testing tracks on cross-functional programs with new processes and systems implementation.
• Develop communications to share program status, track goals, and drive informed decisions.
