About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Leader for Business Intelligence & Data Analytics to build and scale our enterprise reporting and insights function for our Enterprise Data Warehouse. This leader will oversee a team of data analysts and work cross-functionally to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the company. As the owner of our enterprise data warehouse, you will be instrumental in integrating data from a variety of internal SaaS tools and operational systems—including HR software, applicant tracking systems, and task management platforms—and surfacing this information through best-in-class dashboards and reporting frameworks.This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex data problems, and is motivated by the opportunity to build a foundational analytics platform from the ground up.
