We are hiring a Principal Analytics Business Partner to join the Customer Success team. You will serve as a strategic liaison between the Analytics team and various business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business goals, define data needs, and ensure that the analytics initiatives align with the overall business strategy. You will work closely with business leaders, the Director of Analytics, and other team members to deliver actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making and organizational growth. Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence, you will:

  • Manage stakeholder engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals related to data and analytics.
  • Aid in strategic alignment: Assist in the development of the analytics roadmap by defining and prioritizing analytics requests based on business value and strategic goals.
  • Define and scope projects: Define clear objectives, deliverables and timelines for analytics initiatives, ensuring the meet business needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Enable feedback mechanism to analytics team during project execution to ensure that outputs align with business needs.
  • Deliver Insights: Ensure analytics outcomes are understandable, actionable and tailored to the target audience.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar analytics business partner or consultant role, with a focus on translating business needs into data-driven solutions. 
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing analytics projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business timelines and objectives.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams in a business analytics or consulting capacity.
  • Experience working in customer-focused roles, understanding customer needs, and translating them into actionable analytics solutions.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000$210,000 USD
