We are looking for a talented marketer to join our diverse Amazon Shipping Marketing in Europe and deliver best in class website experiences and digital engagement for Shippers and businesses.

In this role, you will drive high quality inputs on Shipping websites to enable businesses across Europe to discover Amazon Shipping, learn about the benefits of the service, get a seamless path forward to sign-up for these services and get informed on key updates and announcements.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive data and insights driven inputs/updates/improvements on European websites for Amazon Shipping.
• Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to develop and implement website campaigns for different business requirements.
• Enable the development, execution and optimization of landing pages and on-site campaigns that drive Shipper engagement, Shipper actions, Shipper Acquisition and volume growth for Amazon Shipping.
• Develop unique content in different formats (written, video, interactive), build up on-site engagement and conversions across 4+ owned sites and multiple other landing pages (on desktop and mobile).
• A/B test content and SX improvements to grow meaningful interactions with potential Shippers, generate insights to raise the bar on conversions and partner with internal teams to build high quality web experience in multiple languages.
• Drive assessment of web analytics, on-site content and media through which we engage with our target audience and localize your work to each market.
• Bar-raise and develop rich, high-quality content designed to maximise engagement with our customers while addressing their needs and requirements.
• Partner with internal and external creative agencies in support of website asset creation and execution.
• Use strong communication skills to inform and influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A day in the life
During campaign and content development, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners such as Strategy, Integrated, Performance, Product, Field, Brand, and Segment Marketing POCs, as well as the Sales teams and agencies. You will then leverage internal and third party tools to activate and launch the campaign on the websites. Post launch, you will track campaign results and report weekly and monthly performance to key stakeholders. You will highlight performance against goals, identify risks, challenges, and areas of opportunity, as well as campaign optimizations to be implemented based on insights garnered from data.

About the team
The Amazon Shipping Marketing team is a WW team that drives new Shipper awareness, reach, engagement, acquisition, program adoption and life-cycle communication at scale. With our channels and websites (see shipping.amazon.co.uk as an example), we are often the first touch point and front gate for the discovery of Amazon Shipping and hold a very high bar for Shipper experience.- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience creating visual assets for digital, mobile, and social
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in A/B Testing, audience segmentation and targeting
