The Business Development (BD) Specialist will assist the Business Development/Sales leader with sales functions and support the extended Business Development strategies to grow new business revenue. This primarily includes building relationships with channel partners and prospects, conducting solution demonstrations, supporting the development of proposals, gathering market intelligence, and coordinating Business Development meetings, among other activities. The BD Specialist will partner with cross-functional areas of the organization to ensure sales production activities meet or exceed specific performance standards.
Hybrid Schedule: The first 90 days will require full-time in-office attendance. Following a successful training period, this role will report to the office on a hybrid schedule Monday and Wednesday with an occasional 3rd day as needed. Hours will be 8-4:30 with the exception of travel days, conferences, etc. where those hours may vary.
