Job Overview

This role requires a talented, and proactive individual with a passion for creating content, and for technology and business processes to join our Privacy Knowledge Team at TrustArc, the leading provider of integrated privacy solutions. You will be part of a creative, energetic, fast-paced team that focuses on helping our customers address challenges around building and managing their privacy programs in a meaningful and scalable way. You will be responsible for designing and implementing content that helps our customers assess their readiness to comply with privacy laws and external standards that are likely applicable to their organization and to identify relevant risks. 
You will report to the Manager, Privacy Knowledge Development and will help deliver our content-based solutions, working collaboratively with other members of the Privacy Knowledge and Legal team, and other TrustArc departments.  

What You Will Do

Building and entering TrustArc or partner developed content into the TrustArc Platform;
Conducting both content and technical QA testing on content developed by other team members;
Providing input into content design and technical requirements;
Providing input into processes related to building and entering content in the Platform;
Providing input on content design standards;
Publishing and delivering TrustArc or partner developed content to customers;
Assisting with technology testing, quality assurance, and data analysis;
Supporting the training of new team members;
Supporting the Manager, Privacy Knowledge Development on suggesting content development process improvements and new features, maintaining content development documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing on soon-to-be released developments;
Checking and monitoring for new regulatory alerts; and
Assisting with other projects where necessary.

What You Will Bring

1-2 years business related experience preferred,
CIPP, CIPT or CIPM preferred or expected to achieve within first year in role,
Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to see both detail and big picture issues,
Interest in privacy, and recent privacy related developments,
Understanding of business or data management processes,
Strategic problem solving abilities,
Excellent English language communication and organizational skills. Writing experience a plus,
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment,
Strong qualitative analytical skills with a preference for quantitative analytical skills as well, and
Excellent business judgment and sense of humor.
